Kristen and Kato have had the pleasure of working together and co-collaborating on a wide range of nonsense for let's say seven-ish years now, and after they each experienced great abdominal growth through their near-constant laughter, they decided to share their magic with a wider audience.

Still, as your co-hosts are not entirely tone-deaf, they realized the banter and content they enjoyed, coupled with their lack of desire to really own or know any topics associated to segments of the podcast, they opted for the title Not For You. This way, when they offend, annoy, or even bore you, they have a built-in disclaimer that it's all good, because alas, it's Not For You.

One day their therapists will likely challenge them for swinging at the most lobbed of balls, to which they will respond: that's okay, it's just NOT FOR YOU.
